UAE: ADGM and DIFC Data Protection Regulations (through licensed local partners)
Global: Best practice minimum standards applicable in CIS, Asia, Singapore, and the U.S.

By engaging or using any KRITE services or tools, including crypto structuring, AML unfreezing, or compliance consulting, you automatically consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

2. Payments, Refunds & Engagement

Accepted Payments: Primarily via cryptocurrency. Stripe invoices may be issued after client agreement; any alternative payment must be approved in writing by KRITE.
No Refunds: All payments are final. Refunds are not offered for services once engagement begins, including AML unfreezing, compliance consulting, or legal structuring services.
Engagement Terms: Work begins only after:
- Agreement on scope and payment is received
- All required documents and information are submitted for review
Service Presentation: All services are delivered under the KRITE brand via Krite.co and may involve AI-assisted tools, verified by KRITE and/or its Owner.

3. Confidentiality & Disclosure

Two-Party Consent: No legal documents, strategies, or results will be shared with third parties without explicit written consent from both the client and KRITE.
Internal Use Only: Your data and files are used strictly for legal, AML, compliance, and structuring purposes.
No Public Sharing: Testimonials, case studies, or publications using your data require prior written consent.

4. Data We Collect

Identity Data: Founder names, company registration info, and identification documents (where necessary)
Financial Data: Wallet addresses or approved payment method info (crypto or Stripe invoices)
Legal Data: Cap tables, tokenomics, agreements, contracts, audits, AML-related info
Usage Data: Technical logs, browser info, IP address, and analytics (GDPR-compliant)

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly for:

Delivering legal, compliance, AML, and structuring services
Compliance and regulatory checks, including crypto/DAO, token, or IP regulations
Internal workflow management and AI tool improvement (non-personalized)
Marketing only with your explicit written consent

6. Legal Basis

Performance of Contract: To provide the legal, AML, or compliance services you purchased
Legal Compliance: For applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including Singapore, UAE, EU, CIS
Consent: Required for marketing or optional communications

End-to-end encryption, offline backups, VPN-secured access, regular compliance audits, and permissioned access to all sensitive data.

10. Retention Policy

Legal Retention: Data is retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by law
Inactive Clients: Data is anonymized after 2 years of inactivity

11. Liability & Owner Protection

KRITE and/or its Owner provides AI-assisted and human-reviewed legal, compliance, AML, and structuring services. Clients acknowledge that misuse or incomplete disclosure limits liability. Any disputes must first contact the Owner for mediation. Attempting to bypass mediation or sue directly may result in a penalty of $1,000,000 USD. Singapore law governs all disputes for maximal protection of KRITE and its Owner.
